Embedded youtube vids on this site not showing

When browings DVDtalk using my wife's laptop, it seems that embedded youtube videos are not showing up ... Here is a screenshot of what I see

So, is there a setting somewhere I am overlooking?

Thanks for any suggestions.

I am running IE 8.

works fine on youtube.com, though?

Is your wife browsing through a proxy that might be blocking YouTube?

flash is installed, but I will check and see if it needs an update

yes, youtube directly works fine

no proxy

added: I updated the flash player and the embedded links appear to work .. thanks for the tip
