Help - Changing File names in Bulk

I'm old school and still sort my music in folders.

for example I have a folder called:

"Top 100 1980"
The file names are
Track 01
Track 02
Track 03

I would like to add "Top 1980" in front of the track -
Top 1980-01
Top 1980-02

1 - Stairway to
2 - Money
3 - Light my Fire

I would like to delete the (number and - ) in front of the song name
Stairway to
Light my Fire

Is there a way to do this in bulk - without having to right click on the file name and adding or deleting items hundreds of times?

Groucho - What if, like, we were all living in a mouse neuron man, and what if some mouse neuron in our universe had a universe it. Whoa.

Dr Mabuse - You mock, but Sutherland got some fine young stuff off that kind of thing so don't sell it short.

If they're all music files, then mp3tag may work for renaming them to what you want:

Another option for just general file renaming is RenameFiles:

Flexible Renamer is pretty good.

Two of my favorite apps:
File Renamer Basic 4.0.3
MP3 Tag Tools v1.2

Both are excellent at what they do, and both are freewares.
