Organizing MP3s by Album, instead of Artist
Ok.. I have all my mp3 organized in Folders by Artist-->Album-->Song
e.g. Pearl Jam-->Ten-->Alive Pearl Jam-->Ten-->Even Flow Pearl Jam-->Vitalogy-->Bugs Pearl Jam-->Vitalogy-->Not For You Pearl Jam-->Singles Soundtrack-->State of Love &Trust Jimi Hendrix-->Singles Soundtrack-->May This Be Love all the mp3s are named correctly with their id tags what i would like to do is group the mp3s by album so the above would look like this Ten-->Alive and Even Flow Vitalogy-->Bugs and Not For You Singles Soundtrack-->State of Love &Trust and May This Be Love looking for some software that will help with this Not sure if this should go in Music Talk or Tech Talk, so mod please move.

mediamonkey
it can organize and/or rename files by any criteria you want using a construction of id3 tag data.

And the bit in the middle about how everyone should keep their clothes on? Wow, just WOW, that's all I have to say." -Otto |
