Best video card for under $70?

I'm not placing too high of an importance on the video card in my new pc, because I'm not really a gamer. Sure I'll play the occasional game of Medal on Honor or Vice City, but that's only once in a great while. Mostly I'll be web surfing, playing Nintendo games, and watching a few dvds.

The most I want to spend is $70.

Any recommendations?

I just bought a new computer and got a great deal on a Radeon 9800 so I don't need the Geforce4 Ti 4200 64MB that is in my computer. It's a great card and would probably suit your needs. Would trade dvds for it.

Otherwise check pricewatch.com

Nvidia FX5200 or a radeon 9200se would be the best for that price or under.

although the Ti4200 will outperform those cards. The advantage of buying new would be a warranty.
