Any web sites for FREE video conferencing?

What I'd like to do is have 4+ people do a video chat together so that each person can see everybody, talk to everybody, and maybe even chat (type) with everybody.

MSN Messenger (or NetMeeting) doesn't allow multiple video windows.

Any solutions?

It's only been 7 1/2 hours since I posted this, but here's a bump. If you don't think there are any, then please post that. Or if there's one with a small fee, then post that too.
