Upgrading MS SQL Server 2000 to SP3a
How in the hell do you do this? I don't know about this at all, as I have just started using it. I try to update with SP3 and I get:
"A strong sa password is required for security reasons. Please use SAPWD switch to supply the same...." And I don't know where to input any code, either. Any help?

You need to go into the SQL Server Enterprise Manager and change the sa's password to a more secure one than you have now. You probably have a blank one now. Then apply the service pack.
