Can you create Links-type toolbar in IE?

I currently have 19 icons in my Links toolbar in IE. I have Win98 and use a 15" monitor @ 800x600.

My question: is it possible to add another toolbar such as Links, with icons readily available to click on? This would be great if it was possible!!

As far as I know, you can only have one links toolbar - would be nice if you could have more.

You can always put the Links on its own line so it will take up the entire width of the screen, then rename each link to something shorter so that they will all fit in one line.

That's what I do... I sorted mine into subfolders and then when you click on the folder, it drops down a menu just like the Favorites menu bar item. Very handy..
