Small Business Voice/Data options?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but our nonprofit organization is looking to move out of our incubator space and into vacant office space to save some money on rent.

What services are available for our voice/data services? We would likely need around 10-15 phone lines, and at least T1 or ISDN internet for 15 computers on a network. What hardware is necessary? Even approximate costs would be helpful.

Can someone point me to some websites or companies that may be able to help?
