How can I watch an Mpeg on my DVD player?
I have a Toshiba SD1600 and it really only plays DVDs and Music CDs as far as i know.
But is there some way to format an Mpeg or other video file and burn it on to a CD so that the DVD player will just play it like a movie? A DVD-R is not feasible right now...

With some of the newer DVD players that have VCD and/or SVCD capability, you could burn the MPEG into a VCD or SVCD and play it on your TV. Unfortuantely, the SD1600 is an older unit that was designed only to play DVD's so that option isn't available to you.
