Question about re-installing Win XP Home
Hi. I need to re-install Windows XP Home Edition on my P4 1.7Ghz Dell. Unfortunately, I lost the Windows disk that came with the PC. I have, however, found a Windows XP Professional disk. Can I use the XP Pro disk to re-install Windows? The XP Pro disk is the upgrade, not the full edition.
Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, -iki ile cru |

If you don't have the license or key for the XP Pro CD then you're out of luck! I'm not sure about going from XP home to Pro though.
