Need help with simple web page creation...

I need to create a simple website with a homepage, which consists of basically some text and a graphic, and then another page which consists of my resume. My question is, I was told to store the site at http://cobweb.****.edu/homepage/username , so can someone please list for me the steps in either Word XP or FrontPage XP on how to get this page created?

Why the hell was your college name ****'ed out? Did you do that yourself?

To get the page created, first, move the thread to the Computer forum...then:

1) Get a basic HTML editor - either WYSIWYG (like Microsoft FrontPage), or you can just use Notepad to write your HTML.

2) With the username and password provided to you by your college, you should be able to FTP into their webservers and upload your site.

3) Enjoy!
