computer advice/help/suggestions/note ETC!
hey guys, recently my computer has been acting weird. not sure where to begin with, sometimes when booting up, the HD didnt read, after a re-set it would read, then qiute oftenly in windows 9x f edition, my dsl would all of a sudden disconnect, sometimes my comp would freeze. has this happen to anyone before?

set up?
well lets see, shuttle mobo, socket 478, im running a 400 wt power, 60 gbHD 7200, 512DDr, elsa 920, sound blaster 5.1 live, (thats all i can think about at the moment) oh yes, another thing is that my cpu is a 1.8 p4, now the part i really dont understand is that it takes 3-4 seconds for ie-6 to open up. is there anything i can do? (i defrag on a weekly basis)
