KDS Rad-5 vs. Samsung 150MP?

I'm looking at LCD monitors and may end up getting either the KDS RAD-5 or the Samsung 150MP. I know they really can't be compared since the Samsung comes with more video inputs and a tv tuner. However, does anyone know how they rate in the common factors, such as brightness, contrast, refresh rate, resolution, general quality, etc.?

The Samsung is about $100 more, which I would be willing to pay for to get the extra inputs and tv options (tuner, PIP). But if the display itself isn't as good, I probably won't bother.
