Roku-EPIX streaming channel?

Anyone else having problems with EPIX? I have 4 Roku devices and can't receive the EPIX streaming channel on any of them. I click the EPIX icon and it sends me back to the home screen. However,I can watch EPIX online.

I have a subscription with EPIX with Charter. I have called Charter and Roku and the problem hasn't been corrected. I have also contacted EPIX on this matter and they seem too think it's a Charter problem.

Re: Roku-EPIX streaming channel?

All my Roku device's have EPIX Version 1.0. When I go to the streaming channel section on Roku and click EPIX it says its Version 2.0. However, when I remove the app, unplug it and then add the app again ,I still get Version 1.0.

Re: Roku-EPIX streaming channel?

Worked here a few months ago when I had Epix. I think it's a Charter issue, but who knows.

Did you try adding the app via the website (then going to System -> Update)? Maybe it'll fetch a different version. https://channelstore.roku.com/details/7767/epix

Re: Roku-EPIX streaming channel?

I just received an email from EPIX stating that Roku 1 and the Roku stick doesn't support Version 2.

I don't know what I did but I have EPIX working again on the Roku 1 devices but still doesn't work on the Roku 3's.

I tried the above-didn't work.

Since I have 2 Roku TVs (both w/Roku 3) and two TV's (both w/Roku 1) maybe it can't handle both versions working at the same time.

Re: Roku-EPIX streaming channel?

At least now when I try to download the streaming channel I get -It looks like we're experiencing some technical difficulties.
