I Like Killing Flies - Odd, shoddily made doc about Shopshin's, a NY eatery that's run by a foul-mouthed, philosophical Jew who treats his customers like either family or foe. Interesting.

Mad Men - Season 1, episode 3... or 4... I can't remember. Thus far, I'm not getting what all the hype is about. The first episode was great, but now it seems kind of boring. Brie and Hendricks are keeping me interested, though.

My wife was adamant about watching it, and I felt the same way. Stick with it, it will hit its stride soon. I will warn you, the 'hype' only starts paying off later in season 2 (at least for me). Its a slow burn, but gets awesome.

The Blob (1988) on Vudu. Forgot how fun that was. Also, Jeffery Demunn is the sheriff in it. Nice bit of role reversal from The Walking Dead

Beverly Hills Cop I & II on Netflix, neither of which I had seen for over 20 years, and never in their entirety. I was expecting them to be funnier, but was somewhat relieved that they weren't. Neither one is especially good or classic, however.
Next up is Season 2 of the BBC's Sherlock, which also showed up recently on Netflix.

still working my way thru 'The X Files', about halfway thru Season 5. Alas they don't have the first movie on there which takes place between 5 & 6 so will have to try and dig out my copy.

How is it? I had caught episodes here and there throughout the '90s and enjoyed them, but wasn't sure how the show has held up over time. I am thinking about starting it.

I've been using Netflix on XBOX to catch up on:
TV shows...
The Walking Dead S1 and S2. (Saw them but watched them again and the wife got hooked.)
Star Trek: Enterprise S1-S4. I was never able to catch all of S2 - S4 so that was cool. I hate you people who caused this cool show to get canceled.
Currently skipping through checking out missed eps of:
Star Trek: Voyager

My Sassy Girl: Director's Cut showed up on Asian Crush (Roku). I already own the import DVD, but figured I would watch it again to see if some of the translations were any better. Unfortunately, the Asian Crush one has hearing impaired subtitles.
They also added Welcome to Dongmakgol, which I never did import and have been curious about, so I will likely watch that next.

Just watched The Haunting (1963) on Amazon Prime. Probably my favorite horror movie of all time.
