Lots of good stuff added this week.

If anyone passed up Rango thinking it was a Pixar-lite kiddie flick, give it a chance. Really great movie, especially for spaghetti western fans.

Fear and Loathing fans will appreciate parts of it as well.

My 11 year old son really wanted me to buy a venus flytrap - so I did. Of course, I plan on showing him Little Shop of Horrors.

And Magnum PI - great '80s detective series, nice compliment to their recently added Miami Vice - entire series.

Are the "Classic Albums" titles new? They just recently came up for me as recommendations, so I didn't know if they were new additions. In case they are new, they have:

Fleetwood Mac: Rumours
Metallica: The Black Album
Rush: 2112/Moving Pictures
Black Sabbath: Paranoid
Iron Maiden: Number of the Beast
Steely Dan: Aja
Cream: Disraeli Gears
The Doors: debut album
Queen: A Night at the Opera
Grateful Dead: Anthem to Beauty
Meat Loaf: Bat Out of Hell
Phil Collins: Face Value
Def Leppard: Hysteria
Lou Reed: Transformer
U2: The Joshua Tree
Tom Petty: Damn the Torpedoes
Deep Purple: Machine Head
John Lennon: Plastic Ono Band
Duran Duran: Rio
Primal Scream: Screamadelica
Paul Simon: Graceland
Sex Pistols: Never Mind the Bollocks
Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon
Nirvana: Nevermind
Jay-Z: Reasonable Doubt
Bob Marley: Catch a Fire
Motorhead: Ace of Spades
Frank Zappa: Apostrophe/Over-nite Sensation

Those showed up within the last month or so. Glad they're getting around to letting people know they're there.

I had no idea Almost Heroes was directed by Christopher Guest. Always just knew it as the movie that Farley died while filming. I get it confused with Wagons East.

So do I.

I like most of Guest's movies so I'm surprised about Almost Heroes. I didn't know he directed that, either.
