Does anyone know if there is a thread dedicated to Amazon HD/SD movie download purchases? I just purchased the Dark Knight trilogy (each movie a separate purchase) for $5.99 per movie in Standard Definition. Thought that was a decent deal.

The Blu-Ray set or Dvd set is totally different than having a downloadable and streamable copy available on any device with an internet signal. If you plan to watch every movie on a TV, then you're in better shape with a Blu-Ray set. Plenty more options with the Amazon copy.

The Blu-ray set comes with an UltaViolet digital copy code for all 3 films. In fact, this thread reminded me to activate my copy.

So if your requirement is only "a" digital download/stream service, The Blu-ray set is a better deal. If you for some reason specifically want an Amazon Video copy, then it's maybe a good deal.

Which Blu-Ray Dark Knight Trilogy set has the Ultraviolet codes for all 3 films and is priced at $19? I mean yeah - that's a hell of a deal but I haven't found it.

Hmm, I guess they've removed the UV codes from more recent sets. Still, you can get a Blu-ray set for around $19, and then use Vudu disc-to-digital for another $3-6.

Modern Family Seasons 1-6 are $9.99 each at Amazon Video. Saw it at Camelcamelcamel. Bought is as a blind buy as I'd never heard of it. I was laughing out loud at the first episode, literally out loud, which is not that common for me, like stitches on the side laughing. Will be paying full price for Seasons 7 and 8 once I get there.
