Does buy.com have an expert system running their CSR/email response

I've run into a problem w/ something from Buy recently. It's not too troublesome yet except for the fact noone seems to be actually reading the emails I'm sending. It's seems like something is picking out the key words and just spitting back that canned response based on those key words Has anyone else run into this

I placed an order just before xmas and had trouble geting a new coupon to work. I ended up emailing CS with the link for the coupon and received several emails from them that were not canned responses. They credited my account and all.

Unfortunately quite a few shops do this and it sh!ts me to tears. Nothing is worse than unpersonal service.
