I think their service is great too - too bad I live in Europe and the customs are starting to incur duties and VAT on all of their shipments (at least to me).
I remember one time I ordered "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut" because I needed it for a South Park-athon we were going to make, and when it hadn't arrived a week before it had to, I e-mailed them.
Right away, they sent a replacement order by express which cost more than the DVD itself (I think it was 21,95 just for shipping or something like that).
If thats not customer service, I don't know what is.
