I ordered the Frequency from BestBuy.com on Nov. 1. They say it was shipped on Nov. 2 and I haven't received it yet. Anyone know what kind of shipping Best Buy uses and if this is typical?

I ordered the South Park Set in individual DVDs (all 6 of them) through BestBuy.com a few weeks back with a $20 CG. It was broken up into 2 orders; due to Volume's 1, 4 & 6 not being in stock. The first order came via FedEx (which shocked the hell out of me) in 3 days, and the other order came within 6 days via UPS. I'd give them a call, and see what the real deal here is. I suspect they may have shipped your order via USPS 4th class, or they lost your merchandise. Either way, Best Buy's customer service is far better than most online retailers, so this situation will be rectified.
