DVD Boxoffice - are they ok?

Are DVDBoxoffice going under like DVDNorth before them? A lot of people here in the UK (including me)have been waiting for up to a month for orders shipped from DVDBoxoffice (they usually come in 8-10 days)and they still have not arrived. Boxoffice is saying it is our Royal mail who is holding them up, but it only seems to be DVDs from Boxoffice that are effected (I, and others have ordered from Play247 and the discs came in 4 days). So I am wondering if anyone outside the UK has been using DVDBoxoffice and have received discs from them shipped on and after the 4th October? Thanks.
