I ordered Stand By Me for $16.99 and never received it. I called buy.com and they sent me a replacement order. Well then I got an e-mail stating that a credit had been issued for Stand By Me. So in the mail I get my DVD and I call my bank and there's the credit issued from buy.com. Also, I just recently ordered From Dusk Till Dawn about 2 weeks ago and have yet to billed for that order. Buy.com = 2 thumbs up!
