Flicker Alley is a Class Act

I just want to get in a plug for this great DVD seller.

Great DVDs, especially the restored older films, like Chaplin's, on Blu Ray.

But equally important, they are a class act.

I purchased two sets from them. They screwed up on mailing them on time and they were for a birthday. When I wrote them they responded by apologizing, upgrading my shipping to immediate priority mail, AND REFUNDING THE FULL PRICE! I even told them they didn't have to do that, but they essentially insisted.

Rare customer service...anywhere!

And no, I have no connection to them other than being a good customer!

They do seem like good folks, but they also have issues with shipping. My one direct order from them I had to cancel as it was also a gift and despite the website saying same day, it was four days later and hadn't yet been sent. To their credit they did offer a shipping upgrade and agreed to a refund without issue.
