Normal shipping is about two days via priority mail...this will be a company alot of people will fall back on in the future when most stores raise their prices as did Express and Amazon!!! They have been in business for years through the laserdisc era and will continue to remain in business with the 30% off all dvds and a flat $2.50 shipping rate....I recently used them for four dvd movies...ordered on a Wednesday...received movies that Friday!!!!

I am not sure how they are on preorders...I used them religiously during the laserdisc era and usually purchased in-stock merchandise as I have with certain dvd titles!!! I use other stores like Buy.com etc for preorders at this time. This is a top notch company who actually still maintains an actual storefront in California!!! I know I will be using them in the future once the other online stores go the route of Express and Amazon!!!!!

One very nice thing about DVD Planet/Ken Crane's is that their web prices (which are generally very good) are almost always the same as their store prices - so if you want it ASAP and/or don't want to pay shipping, just go to the B&M!

I pre-ordered both FLY releases. Never heard from them after the order but I did receive them on the Tuesday release date. Their web site also does not have any information on wether your titles have shipped. A little lacking for me but I did get the order.
