How many times do you give a business your business if they miss up? Me its none, they do it once I never go back. I also do not take anything free, no matter what they offer.

Three strikes and they're out, if it's a B&M store.

Online retailers only get ONE chance. Screw me over once, it's guaranteed not to happen again!

Depends on how bad the mess up is. Depending on how bad it is, I may or may not mention it to them and then I add in what they did to try and resolve it. It also depends on if it's online or not.

Agreed.

Everyone messes up, it's human nature. I think its silly to bail over one thing, and if they end up making it right for you its not a big deal. End of the day, whatever gets me the best price will still probably win out though.

Agreed, although I would add that it depends on just how bad the screw-up is.
