Anybody else getting poor service from Classicflix?

I switched to Classicflix few months ago because I didn't like the selection over at Netflix, but the service at Classicflix is really starting to annoy me. It is not unusual for a Classicflix rental to take 10 days to get to me, even though they insist they are shipping first class. I'm lucky to get 2 discs a month out of them. Recently, I emailed to complain that a disc had not reached me 10 days after it was shipped and they said the post office had just sent it back to them as "Non Deliverable" and that they would try to mail it again. It certainly works out well for them that the post office screws up all their rentals and they now only had to send me one disc a month.
