Resurrecting this thread, let's see how many newbies show up this time.
I guess they have a new deal with Amex; if you have an Amex card and use it as your primary form of payment, you get Shoprunner for free. Of course, at that point they have your CC number, and who knows when the deal will end, but it doesn't seem to be time limited at all (ie: it doesn't say that you get only a year or anything like that).
