BB Reward Zone Gamers Club Problem

There is a very small thread on the Best Buy RZ site about this issue, but the only people who are posting are the people who are affected. I'm writing to ask if anyone else has noticed this issue:

Traditionally, whenever you bought a new video game item, when the transaction would show up in your account as "pending" the bar on the Gamers Club section of the site would move up, depending on how much you spent.

Whenever the bar hit $150, a $10 Gamers Club cert would show up as pending in your "points and purchases" section of the account for about 30 days, then it would turn into a new RZ certificate. It would sit there as pending to account for the return period for the last purchase you made.

My "money bar" in my RZ Gamers Club account no longer moves towards $150 when new transactions appear in my account as pending. Of course, when I call in for help, no one knows what I'm talking about and they keep saying things like "it takes at least 30 days for anything to show up."

However, people on the RZ forum are saying they've even waited so long as after the point where those transactions post to the account, and the dollar bar still hasn't moved.

Is anyone else noticing anything like this with their Gamers Club meter? Are there people out there who still have a bar that is moving when new video game purchases show up in their account as pending?

I noticed this issue too and am actually annoyed by this since I should already have around $15 dollars in rewards certificates. Who do I contact about this issue?

Yeah. I am having the same problem. I have a couple of Video game purchases that have posted to my regular account but I have not posted to the Gamers Club page. The problem started for me once I went over the $150 mark for the first time. Don't know if the 2 are related or not.

Yesterday, Best Buy acknowledge they had a problem in their system and Twitted that they were going to resolve it soon. Lets see what happens.

Well, it's been a month since they finally credited my Rewards Gaming Zone, yet the $10 certificate still pending as well as the over 500 points I had for the same period in my rewards account. They owe me $20 in certificates.

They need to call the Geek Squad to solve this issue!!!!. Seriously, the people in charge of the Rewards Program should just be fired.

I'm having the same problem as the rest of you, having gotten a pending approval notice for a $10 certificate / 500 points but never having it applied to my account.

Do they have issues with the RZ Mastercard as well, because I should have 30-40 dollars in certificates back from July.
