MovieStop return policy
hey, I just wanted to know if anyone knows what the return policy at MovieStop is. I bought Drumline there yesterday and when I opened it a couple hours later at home, on the back of the disc, someone wrote Bad and a little error at a scratch, in like a sharpee or something, so I put it in my dvd player to see if it would work and it said Error Disc. Hopefully, if I take it back Wednesday(tomorrow) I can get a replacement.

If the movie is a used copy, then it has a lifetime warranty. As long as you have either the reciept or the barcode sticker is still on the back, they will exchange it. YMMV.

It always pays to take a quick look at used product before leaving the store.

I returned it and got another copy, with no problem.
I usually do check them as soon as I get out to my car, and I don't know why I didn't that time. Maybe I was in a hurry or something. Now I remember to do it every time. |
