Best Buy Return Question
I have a PS3 bought on 11/19 from Best Buy. Have the receipt working here. For some reason, it's only playing discs half of the time (PS2 discs - everything else works all the time, and yes, they're compatible with this model). Will they exchange it, despite the lack of a PRP/UPC code on the box? (Had to be cut out for the 5 free Blu-Ray deal)

They said it wouldn't be a problem...said it happens all the time.
Only problem was, they were sold out of the 80GB model...so they said to come back in a couple of days.
