Anyone else having problems with Best Buy Reward Zone?

I'm sure it is just because they are updating the service, but I haven't been able to log into the Reward Zone website in the past week. Just curious if it is just me.

No problems today. I had problems yesterday, but not on Tuesday.

Edit: I take that back. I can log in which is an improvement over yesterday, but I can't see anything under the "My Account" section even though I see information in the sidebar.

i had problems the past few days but i was actually able to login today.

on a related note, i bought knocked up last tues and it is still list as 'pending' and it hasn't given me my points yet. i'm new to RZ, how long does it usually take to add points?

I've been having trouble logging in today. In store, I just tried using two entertainment coupons left over from the Summer of Entertainment promotion. The system would not accept them, and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for them to call Reward Zone and tell me that my certificates were invalid. I then realize that both certificates printed with same number at the bottom, below the bar code. Something is wrong with their system. What a pain!

I just logged in and had no problems. First time I've been able to access it this week. If you've had trouble, you may want to give it another shot!

I haven't gotten any $5 certificates lately and I logged on to see what was up. They RAISED the points to 250!!! When I got my card several years ago it was 125. Then I knew they raised it to 150. I had no idea it was 250 points now. It's not worth having the card anymore.

Redeemed a certificate a couple days ago, worked fine. They might be getting slammed because of the holiday rewards promotion.

I made a purchase with my RZ card, didn't show up. Went to add it to my account, and it came back as "already added to another account." Tried to call them, waited on hold for 5 minutes and gave up.
