Buy.com comes through!! Thanks
I seem to read a lot about bad on-line experiences, so to balance that...here's a good one
I ordered two DVDs from Buy.com and and they were delivered in 5 days...pretty good for standard shipping. At least I thought they were delivered. Turns out there was only one DVD in the package along with the invoice for two. In addition, the side of the envelope was wide open. At first I thought I'd been robbed, but why would a thief steal just one DVD. A closer look revealed that the flap had never been sealed. The area of the envelope where the flap would have been glued to was pristine, no tears or adhesive residue. Ahaa!! The envelope had never been sealed; it came that way from the shipper. A couple of emails later Buy.com is replacing the lost DVD hassle free. Just thought you oughta know ![]() Phil |
