Buy.com won't send me replacement DVD
I ordered about 12 dvds over a month ago from Buy.com and received all but 1. I sent them an e-mail asking if they can send me a replacement and they denied it. They sent me the following reason:
When our shipping carrier accepts a package from one of our warehouses, they
scan it and weigh it. The total scanned weight of your package at the time of
departure from our warehouse matched the weight of the products that you had
ordered therefore we are unable to approve a claim for you at this time. Per
the Buy.com shipping policy, "Title to goods passes to customer upon delivery to
the common carrier."
What kind of BS is this? I can understand if I shipped something to them and they never get it, but I never received this product, I should be entitled at least 1 replacement sent or money back. Am I wrong here? This just seems like a shady business practice. I am going to call them but I have a feeling I'm going to be wasting my time based on the e-mails that were sent to me. Has anyone here had a similar situation with Buy.com? What other options do I have if they deny me again via the phone? Thanks.

buy.com always had customer service policies that benefited them more.
