Digital Eyes to DVD Planet

What features from Digital Eyes and DVD Planet do you want to keep when they merge? What about any new things that would improve the site and service? I would of course like to keep the coupons every month. Also, I would like to be able to cancel orders or make changes online without having to call.

Interesting question! I wish they kept the good prices of DE (which are better than those of DP) and the prompt service, and at the same time, eliminate the policy they are applying of no-selling to customers who, like myself, have a forwarding address registered at their site, in order avoid the cost of using international couriers.

Putting delivery confirmation on the packages might be good too.
