Hitmenow CSR Phone Number or mailing address?

Does anyone have a phone number or mailing address for the hitmenow.com customer service representatives? I checked the CSR listing thread - no luck there.

I've been trying since 9/29/05 to get a refund for a returned order. After three attempts no luck. I get one response per inquiry from their CSR's staying that a return has been requested and then nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Tony @ hitmenow.com can you provide info?
