sometimes they're the same but not always.
99% of the time, the B&M will not pricematch the dot com. Their reason is that the dot com charges S&H so they can price their titles lower to compensate for that fact

well, i have a fye giftcard and was going to get aqua teen volume 3 tomorrow. Their website has it on sale for $20.99 and i was hoping it would be the same price b&m. Oh well, i guess i'll just call tomorrow morning. thanks for the help

Nope.
Last week the they had a double CD I wanted listed at Fye.com for 18.99. I went to a Fye B&M and was shocked to see it was 31.99!!! and I think the msrp was 29.99. It was advertised at Best Buy for 19.99 so I went there.
I have noticed at my FYE B&M stores that alot of stuff is priced above msrp by a dollar or two.
