I got yelled at by Netflix!
I sent them an email to let them know that I lost (but now found) the white sleeve that the DVDs come in. I did as they suggested which is to put a note with the DVD so that they can credit may account. In the email that I got they told me that I should not put more than two DVDS in an envelope when I return then. I do this to 1) save them time when they get them so that they can get my next DVDs out and 2) to save them postage. Well screw them now, I am gonna send them all seperate. :P

I frequently put 2 or 3 in one envelope and never had an issue. Was this due to the fact that there were 2 dvds in one envelope, one with sleeve and one without? Maybe this is what confused them.

Maybe they are cranky because they have been forced to lower their prices? Maybe the Netflix employees won't be getting their Christmas bonuses this year?

"Yelled at"?
"TAKE THE LUMP SUM AND STOP SENDING OUR MOVIES BACK THE CHEAP WAY YOU STUPID #$%@ER! Oh yeah, and we got all your base!"
Eh, their customer service went downhill with their IPO.

Second...I think it's that customer service is a bad word to many companies today. That's what you get when you pay $7/hr. I would think they'd have thanked you...but that's the way the world works. Cheap is the most important thing.
And then we have some people arguing over the use of the word "yelled at". Same kind of people who say "caffinated beverage".

Don't worry, you didn't just get yelled at.
Back to the dorm.
