Amazon.ca Coupon not applied??
Just looked at an item that was shipped today, and noticed that my $5.00 coupon had been removed. Any ideas?
Item(s) Subtotal: CDN$ 41.99 Shipping & Handling: CDN$ 7.98 Gift-wrap: CDN$ 0.00 Promotions Applied: -CDN$ 5.00 ----- Total Before Tax: CDN$ 44.97 GST: PST: CDN$ 0.00 CDN$ 0.00 ----- Total for This Shipment: CDN$ 44.97 Total paid by Gift Certificate: CDN$ 0.00 Total paid by Credit Card: CDN$ 44.97 (which is correct) Then, below this, I noticed: Item(s) Subtotal: Shipping & Handling: Total Before Tax: GST: PST: Grand Total: CDN$ 41.99 CDN$ 7.98 ----- CDN$ 49.97 $0.00 $0.00 ----- CDN$ 49.97 Any ideas? They charged you the correct amount, reflecting the coupon, therefore despite your thread title, it was applied - so what is the problem? Why should it be any concern if it also shows what the order total was before your coupon was applied? As long as they didn't charge you more than you expected to pay.....
(P.S. - since this thread is about a STORE proceedure, not a DVD bargain, it should be in the STORE forum.)
