I was overcharged and the CSR refuses to make a price adjustment. Luckily I have a copy of the order confirmation. Off to dispute the charges... Here's their response:

I sent DDD an email and told them that I'll return the dvds or I will dispute the charges. I gave them a few days, but they never returned with a response so I disputed the charges. I then get the following email from DDD:
we do apologize for the inconvenience. The 20% off will be refunded to you. However, if you have already disputed the charge with your credited card company, you will need to notify us with that transaction. Just to inform you, if a dispute has been made, you will no longer be able to place orders with Deep Discount DVD. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us back about any disputed information.
Again, thank you for writing DeepDiscountDVD.com. We appreciate your business.
