Wow, best buy really F'd up

Notice the -169,999 points?

Yeah they made a mistake somehow and i only got 50,000 points. I bought a hd tv last month and it totaled about 2,500$ And i used my RZ card but they didnt even give me half of the money worth back in certs. Than i looked at my balance and saw the -169,999 points and i was like WTF. So i called the RZ zone and it took some hasseling but the guy said they would fix this error and give me the rest of the certs which totaled about 70$ altogether. Best buy Really sucks, When i went to go buy the tv the dude was begging me to buy a power surge that was like 100$ and i was like hell no im not paying a 100$ for that and after i said no like 5 times he stopped asking.. lmao i really hate best buy =\

Only go there for their dvd deals.

I'll go elsewhere for big ticket items. Their computer sales guys are a bunch of retards.

my points are linked to someone elses account. I spent the money and this other guy got my certs. I have to wait for about 4 weeks for them to figure it all out. the guy has the same name as me but everything else is diff.

Starting at the end of Aug., the RZ program will change.

At that time the spending minimum will go from $125 to $150 for a $5 cert.

That translates from giving the customer a 4% discount to 3 1/3%.

Check out the related thread in this forum.

So the conversation on your end went something like this? "No. No. No. No. No. Yes!"
