Paypal question: How to change from premier account to personnal account?

I have a premier (business) account and have decided to just go back to a normal personnal account, which I understand is possible to do one time.

How is this done? I didn't see anything obvious at Paypal, and their help section is down at this time.

You don't have to pay a fee everytime anybody sends you money (the fee being $0.30 plus a percentage of what they send). That's everytime, as in fund transfers, transfers from checking accounts, etc, not just credit card transactions.

Plus, you could look at not accepting credit cards as a bonus since if you don't take credit cards, there can be no charge reverseal a couple of months down the line.

Thanks 68ShelbyGT500KR!

I have two accounts. One I decided to use for ebay (accept CC) and a personal one where I get charged nothing. Of course, one is in my name, the other my girlfriends.
