WTF is up with DDD?!? Where's my Profiler Season 2?!?
I placed an order for this title on 11/27/03. Still haven't received it. It pisses me off to walk past one sitting on a shelf at the local B&M. Emailed them several times and eventually I receive a reply with a date that gets pushed further out each time I email. First it was instock, then it was 12/7, 12/23, 1/25, now 2/6.
They offer no real apology or most importantly, an explanation for this loooong delay. I've also returned several defective titles to them in the past and it seems that their turn around time for defects is approximately 3-4 weeks before they ship out another title. Anyone else having problems with this title?
I recently tried calling and I've gotten busy signals each time I tried (10+ over several days) While I was a big fan of DDD in the past, their crappy customer service forced me to look elsewhere for my business.
