I've tried both of their 800 numbers with both a landline and a cell phone. Both of these tries got a nice busy.

Works fine now. Those 800 numbers probably all go into the same call center, and you probably called at a busy time when their PRI was saturated with calls.

Is the HBO the most up to date?

The HBO info is actually stuff they don't publish on their site anymore. At one point, they had Elizabeth Fasolino's e-mail address there as the contact in case you had an HBO Home Video title that had a defect or was damaged or something. Then they changed it to video@hbo.com. Then they eliminated the info altogether, and it appears that they only want to give contact info for damaged DVD's that you bought directly from their HBO Online Store.

If you have an HBO Home Video title that you need help with, try those two e-mail addresses listed. Other than that, the only other thing I could suggest is to try contacting Warner Home Video for help, since they are the publisher for all HBO Home Video releases.

The contact phone # for Blockbuster Online is 866-692-2789. You will hear a tape saying that call volume is high, trying to convince you to make your contact via email or the website, but I received an answer within 3-5 minutes. Have your credit card number available in order to access your account information.

Anyone have updated numbers for Paramount? 956-8070 rang to a voicemail box that told me to call back during their normal hours of 9A-6P PST (I foolishly assumed 1:30P PST was somewhere in that window); 956-8830 and -8509 seemed to ring to someone's office, and 888-895-1355 is now the South Park Season 3 hotline, not the Deep Space Nine number (which I actually needed...)

Any help would be appreciated.

I noticed the FYE number is disconnected as well. I did manage to find a Coconuts.com phone number, and it is staffed on the weekend (but the calls are definitely being routed overseas based on a conversation I just had earlier today). Since FYE and Coconuts are both TWEC companies, maybe this number will work, or at least point you in the correct direction.
