You're welcome! While the online retailer listings have gone a bit stale (I at least tried to prune some of the ones that went out of business), I did a full audit/overhaul of the Studios and Digital Copy sections last year. Glad it was helpful! I've also received excellent service like that in the past from Universal's customer service, though I believe they're no longer contracting with the company (Deluxe) that was providing customer service at the time I contacted them.
On a related note, I was looking through my CE3K Criterion laserdisc(!) the other night, and it included a note from Criterion about the restoration and transfer efforts. At the bottom of the note, it said if you had any questions about the release to write a letter to none other than Jon Mulvaney! I just found this page
where it says:
I have been with Criterion since 1984, answering customer questions since the days when they arrived in a stamped envelope.
Ain't that the truth!
