does anybody know the RebatesHQ.com customer service phone number specifically dealing with FYE rebates? i tried emailing them via their website (giving them my info), but haven't gotten any response from them. in trying to look up a phone number, the website doesn't appear to have a specific phone number for the FYE rebates department. any help is appreciated, thanks!

Just for all of the frustrated Columbia House users and abused out there... I have tried EVERY phone number conceivable to reach customer service and finally found one that worked! I spoke with a real live human! The number is 1-888-467-7404. Please be prepared to spend 10 or more minutes on hold and know that your representative will be upset that you bothered her, but my problem was resolved within 2 minutes of beginning the conversation. Praise the Lord!!

eDayMovies.com: I ordered Princess Iron Fan from them. They said they had it in stock on thier site and I paid for priority mail... That was over a month ago. After seven attempts at e-mailing them I have yet to recieve a response. I can't find a phone number for them and was hoping (as my last hope) that some one here might know it.

Another forum provided me with the phone number (614-459-8832). I called them and they said they were out of stock and were trying to get it from HK, but because of the Chinese New Year they had not recieved a reply yet. They said they should know by Monday and would let me know. They also said to use "order-update@edaymovies.com" to contact them, as the e-mail listed on the order goes to some place in HK (?!). We'll see what happens.

Anchor bay's phone gives me a "call could not be completed as dialed"...and no one's answering the e-mail either. Loverly. Of course I vaguely recall that this is not unusual for them, or someone having said so anyway...but still.

Tell me about it. I once had a CSR in the Philippines with a very week grasp of English. Coupled with the 1.5 second time lag, conversation with her was impossible.
