What's Up DeepDiscountDVD?
I ordered last 9/17 and received and email confirmation on 9/18 regarding the availability of the DVD and they're all in stock. As of this writing, 9/27, you still haven't shipped my order (20518770). There was no problem with my credit card and I have a long history of orders from you. This is the first time that this happened. I called your CSR last 9/24 to give me a status and the CSR told me that it will ship that day and it didn't. I called again last 9/25 and the CSR told me it will ship on 9/26 and still it didn't. Both of them won't allow me to cancel the order since according to them its ready to be shipped.
I want an answer regarding this order. I also returned 4 loose DVDs 3 weeks ago and still no refund (20456852) on my CC. |

I have a question about preorders. Does DDD ship the dvd on the release date or do they ship it before so you recieve it on the release date? Also, do they charge your CC when the ship it or when you place your order?

You will receice your pre-orders on the street date and they charge your CC when they ship.
FYI, they still haven't shipped out my order. Their CS informed me that there was an error in the warehouse and their doing their best to ship it out today. Quote:
