Having problems with fye.com--------Don't Come Near!!

I got this gift card for my sister last year for twec.com (now fye.com), and recently she wanted me to use it to buy the Emperor's New Groove. So I go check out their site-----------everythings overpriced. They're the same as a retailer--------selling the DVD for $19.98 and the VHS for $26!! SO I'm stuck with this gift card, anyway, I check the card, and it still has $30 on it. So I go get the DVD (can't afford the VHS with shipping--------$3 standard, $6 Second Day, and $11 Next Day---------no overnight). I fill out my shipping and billing info, and input my gift card all on the same page--------I'm using express checkout since the Microsoft Passport doesn't let you use a gift card. So then I fill out the info, and hit continue. A message comes up saying the document contains no data. So I press it again, nothing happens-------no error message, it acts like the button doesn't exist. So I close my browser, and go back to the site again, repeat, and the same things happens. So I write an e-mail to them telling them that their checkout is a noghtmare, and their merchandise is overpriced. They write back the next day, asking 8 questions about what Windows I'm using, what browser, gift card #, what the error message said, what I did, etc . . . . So I answered their questions, so now 2 days later and no response, I figure, screw it, I'll just try again. I get up to the point I was at last time, I hit continue to confirm my order, and there's an Internal Error, Server message. I use the link to write them an e-mail, and I hit the back button, and try again, same thing.
So here I sit with a gift card that can't be used as a result of the checkout. What am I supposed to do??

Sorry, I don't have fye.com's phone number, but I do have TWEC's number.
Of course, I don't know if the number is still active.

The phone number: (800) 540-1242

Hope this helps!
