Where had DDD gone?

I have been trying to get on their side for a while now, but it no longer works. The link up for referral and just going to the www does not work, am I missing something here?

You may also want to avoid preordering too early. I've had a couple titles that drop in price within a week of release date. I assume so they can stay competitive with retail stores deep price cuts for release day.
For Oceans 11, the price dropped about $1.50 after my preorder had already shipped.
