Cfl 2012
Any word on who in the USA will be carrying games this season? Hopefully its the NFL Network and ESPN3. Last time I checked the CFL website, there still hasn't been an announcement.
Do you think there will ever be an attempt at expanison in the USA ever again? Last time was an almost complete failure(except for Baltimore). If they set an expansion team must of 15,000 season ticket holders,it might succeed. You have all these MLS stadiums who sit mostly empty except for soccer games and I think that an CFL field would fit nicely in the stadium(not 100 percent sure on that). |

Re: Cfl 2012
I hope they never do a US expansion again. The league is healthy and growing and they need to stick to the basics. The only way I could see it succeeding is a parallel league with some affiliation, but not overlap.

If they did start another league,I would hope that they kept the CFL rules.

The CFL will not be on the NFL Network this season. Just checked the CFL website. Games will still be on ESPN3. They are working with another US Network to carry games.

Re: Cfl 2012
Pretty shocking to see Corey Boyd just dropped from the Argos since he was leading the league in rushing, but the Eskimos picked him up a couple of hours later. Depending on who you believe, it was a combination of locker room chemistry and his unwillingness to block in a now pass heavy offense that caused the release. Very interesting...

Re: Cfl 2012
I watched that too but probably didn't enjoy quite as much
![]() Credit to Laval though with their 7th Vanier Cup win to break Western's record. Even more impressive being that they won their 1st in '99. |
