who do you like in tonight's game (straight up)? I'm leaning towards Carolina, but am wavering back and forth.

Without ever winning a post season game, Brad Childress has worked his way to an extension through 2013:

Well, I've hated him as much as anyone, but he has improved every year. Favre and Co better deliver this year.

I would have waited if I was Wilf. Now watch Favre get hurt and the team miss the playoffs. I'm not convinced Childress is an above-average coach.

That's the thing, I don't get the rush. It's not like he would have held out after this season for some better job.

At least Childress pulls Farve out of the games when they have half-way decent leads. Belichek leaves Brady in when the score is 50-0. Thats one thing I agree with Childress.

Hopefully there's more of where that came from! (speaking as an owner who just traded for him)

It would only be blacked out in Detroit wouldn't it?

Re: 2009 NFL Regular Season Thread -- Week 11

I'm a Jets fan and I'm honestly scared about how badly the Pats are going to beat the Jets this weekend. Pats are coming off a loss and they need to prove something. They've always hated the Jets but only more now because of the week 2 loss. Bellicheck definitely hates Rex Ryan. Meanwhile the Jets are reeling and the defense has lost a step since Jenkins went down. I have a bad feeling that this will be one of those record setting beat downs.

My prediction for the one game I'll be watching:

Seahawks 35 - Vikings 10.

That's sarcasm, right?
